A quick post about my favorite romper for summer, which I purchased from BCBGMAXAZRIA. I like how chic it is with the blossom print-blocking and how easy it is to slip in with a hook and eye fastener in front and a button on the back neck. The stretch waistband also makes it petite friendly. I ordered the size XXS and it fits perfectly!

With thanksgiving just two days away, Chris and I will be driving to Oklahoma to spend the holiday with our family. This will be the first Thanksgiving since we came back from China, and I'm so excited for our trip and can't help starting to pack today.

Today is the first day of November. I was thrilled thinking about Thanksgiving getting closer, when it's the time for family getting together. Living in a big city like Houston is fun, especially when we are living so close to shopping centers and there are tons of restaurants surrounding us. Sometimes, though, I miss living in a small town where people are more friendly and the life style is more relaxing.

With fall finally making its way in Houston, it's nice to walk around in the uptown area while enjoying the cool air and city view. I usually walk around in my casual outfits, tee shirts paired with leggings and sneakers, but tonight I felt like dressing up a bit. I threw on this metallic cold shoulder evening dress, which I bought in China in a boutique store, and went for my evening walk .
